Remote Authentication - About Us

Remote Authentication Ltd's products are owned by the company as a result of an assignment of rights to the various patent applications made by Richard M Gardner (the inventor in accordance with Section 7 UK Patent Act 1977), who is the Managing Director and principal shareholder.

The development costs are not reflected in the Accounts of the company, which will remain dormant until commercial exploitation commences.

The company is in partnership with Abbotsbury Software Ltd who provide web services and software development for the various projects, whilst Remote Authentication systems are to be utilized by Abbotsbury Software Ltd. for their Firewall Designer and other security programmes utilizing the Remote Authentication family of protocols.
